Back by popular demand, Briefing Operations Leaders was our community event exclusively for top-level operations leaders across large law.

This event was the place for the most senior operations leaders to come together and share the strategic information they need to navigate the rapidly changing world of legal business.  

What happened on the day?

• We got a full economic update from Edoardo Palombo, Economist at Deloitte LLP, to help inform business strategy in a volatile economic climate
• We heard directly from other COOs on their most recent operational challenges, including input from Patrick Linighan, COO at Clyde & Co, and Rachel Reid, COO at Shoosmiths and David Crew, director of global operations at Hogan Lovells
• Attendees chose the interactive round-table discussions that are most relevant to their day-to-day challenges, including:
